Set up your account

Create your OneCo account

Takes about 2 minutes

Sign up with your business email. You'll need your EIN and a government-issued ID to verify your business. OneCo uses bank-level 256-bit encryption from day one.

Connect your business bank account

Supports 12,000+ US banks

Use Plaid to securely link your existing bank account, or open a new OneCo business checking account directly in the dashboard. No routing numbers to copy manually.

Add your employees or contractors

Supports W-2 employees and 1099 contractors

Import from Gusto, Rippling, or ADP via CSV, or add team members manually. OneCo will automatically calculate withholdings, benefits deductions, and employer taxes.

Run your first payroll

Usually takes under 3 minutes

Review hours, approve pay, and submit. OneCo handles ACH disbursement, tax filings, and pay stub delivery automatically. Direct deposit lands in 1-2 business days.
